What you will do

• Develop business and marketing plans to improve market penetration, product positioning, revenue, and market share.
• Recommend investment decisions for new product development and contribute to strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct competitive analysis and lead Red Team Analysis for specific products or product lines.
• Support pricing strategies and develop marketing tools for successful product introductions.
• Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Sales to develop and enhance products and communicate market needs.
• Manage product releases through the complete product life cycle and support account partnership opportunities.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in product marketing or a related discipline, with broad knowledge of connected business functions.
• Ability to understand technical and business environments and anticipate business and regulatory issues.
• Experience leading projects with notable risk and complexity and developing execution strategies.
• Ability to solve unique, complex problems through conceptual and innovative thinking.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills for presenting complex ideas to senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work from Santa Clara, California, with up to 10% travel; relocation eligibility is available.
