What you will do

• Develop business and marketing plans to improve product positioning, market penetration, revenue, and market share.
• Conduct competitive analysis and red team analysis for products and product lines.
• Recommend investment decisions, pricing strategies, and marketing tools for product launches.
• Partner with engineering, manufacturing, and sales to develop products and address market requirements.
• Support account strategies and optimize opportunities for customer partnerships.
• Manage product releases through the complete product life cycle.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in a specific marketing or technical discipline and broad knowledge of related functions.
• Ability to anticipate business and regulatory issues and recommend product, process, or service improvements.
• Experience leading projects with significant risk and complexity.
• Ability to solve unique, complex problems through conceptual and innovative thinking.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills for influencing senior stakeholders.
• Must work from the Santa Clara, California location; relocation is not eligible.
