Global Product Marketing IV (Semiconductor)

Location: Gloucester, MA, United States. Full-time onsite role with 25% travel; relocation eligible.

Salary: $132,000–$181,500 per year. The range represents target total cash for sales roles and may include base salary and target bonus.

What you will do

• Develop complex business and marketing plans, assess market penetration, and position products to drive competitive advantage, revenue, and market share.
• Recommend investment decisions for new product development and support strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct complex competitive analysis, including Red Team Analysis, and develop pricing strategies and marketing tools for product introductions.
• Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Sales to develop new products, enhance existing products, and communicate market needs and timelines.
• Support the Field with account approaches and opportunity optimization.
• Manage complex product releases through the full product life cycle.

Requirements

• Depth and/or breadth of expertise in the relevant specialized discipline or field.
• Ability to interpret internal and external business challenges and recommend best practices to improve products, processes, or services.
• Ability to lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity.
• Ability to lead others in solving complex problems using sophisticated analytical judgment and innovative solutions.
• Ability to communicate difficult concepts and negotiate with others to adopt different points of view.
