What you will do

• Develop complex business and marketing plans to improve product positioning, market penetration, revenue, and market share.
• Conduct competitive analysis, including Red Team Analysis, for specific products and product lines.
• Recommend investment decisions for new product development and support complex pricing strategies.
• Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales, and field teams to develop products and address market needs.
• Manage complex product releases throughout the product life cycle.
• Lead teams or projects, solve complex problems, and negotiate adoption of strategic recommendations.

Requirements

• Depth or breadth of expertise in a specialized marketing or business discipline.
• Ability to interpret internal and external business challenges and recommend best practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, sales, and field organizations.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time.
