Engineering Manager (Renewables)

Location: Dallas, Texas, United States; full-time onsite role

Salary: $88,000–$131,000 per year; up to $10,000 sign-on bonus

What you will do

• Develop and implement department and business-unit strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead the Renewable Energy engineering team and manage operational, client, and technical performance.
• Build stakeholder relationships and coordinate with unit managers, leaders, and marketing staff on client pursuits.
• Monitor financial performance, project economics, operational efficiency, and client retention.
• Set employee goals, evaluate performance, and support development of technical, project management, and client service skills.
• Manage staffing, recruitment, hiring, termination decisions, resources, equipment, and client contracting within applicable policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Texas Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• At least five years of progressive related professional experience.
• At least three years of leadership experience.
• Strong communication, organization, interpersonal, collaboration, customer service, and technical aptitude.
• Driver’s license and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
