Salary: $108,436.52–$202,621.15 per year

What you will do

• Protect and enhance the shopping center’s real estate assets by translating center objectives into operational, marketing, leasing, and profit-enhancing programs.
• Maximize EBITDA and net profit through income growth, expense control, and programs such as redistribution, parking services, and waste handling.
• Develop and execute a strategic business plan addressing the center’s opportunities and operational needs.
• Lead the local tenant leasing process from lead generation through tenant opening and support the center’s leasing strategy.
• Manage tenant relationships, permit coordination, security planning, emergency management, marketing programs, visual presentation, maintenance, energy, and capital planning.
• Develop and retain a skilled mall team through effective tools, training, and performance-focused management.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience or training in shopping centers or an equivalent retail environment.
• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents.
• Effective written communication and public-speaking skills.
• Working knowledge of budgeting, accounting, and financial analysis.
• Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and adaptability skills.
