Property and Casualty Insurance Associate – Sales/Telesales (Remote)

Location: Remote; must live and remain working in the USA. Available Monday–Friday, 9:30am–7:15pm EST.

Salary: $20.00 per hour, plus up to $800 per month in additional earning potential.

What you will do

• Respond accurately and promptly to calls about travel insurance coverage.
• Identify the reasons behind customers’ interest in travel insurance.
• Align customer needs with appropriate insurance products.
• Build strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Resolve service issues and complaints independently and effectively.
• Collaborate with teammates and support training and manager-assistance activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Active property and casualty or personal lines insurance license.
• At least one year of call center experience.
• At least one year of sales experience or experience in a role involving sales.
• Proficiency with email; MS Outlook is preferred.
• Availability during Monday–Friday, 9:30am–7:15pm EST, while living and working in the USA.
