Sr. Project Manager

Location: Onsite in Addison, Texas, or Montpelier, Vermont; in-office four days per week on Monday through Thursday

Salary: $101,250–$148,500 USD annually

What you will do

• Own integrated project plans for large, complex, and highly interdependent technology and business initiatives.
• Establish schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, assumptions, issues, and delivery commitments.
• Coordinate execution across business, technology, suppliers, operations, and shared services.
• Lead project planning, governance, implementation, operational readiness, and post-implementation stabilization.
• Facilitate scope, schedule, resource, sequencing, and implementation tradeoff discussions with executives.
• Provide governance reporting and stakeholder communications while ensuring regulatory, financial, and delivery controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 10 or more years leading complex cross-functional technology and business initiatives.
• At least 8 years of Life & Annuity industry experience.
• Demonstrated success leading interdependent initiatives across business, technology, operations, and suppliers.
• Experience with Agile, hybrid, and predictive delivery models.
• Advanced project management, governance, risk management, and executive communication skills. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

• PMP certification.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale transformation initiatives.
• Experience with modern delivery practices and AI-enabled project delivery.
