What you will do
- Plan, direct, and coordinate manufacturing operations across production, machinery, processing, and packaging departments.
- Prioritize activities based on production introductions, equipment efficiency, and material availability.
- Create production schedules and staffing requirements.
- Review manufacturing and quality control standards.
- Implement activities that support production, quality, and cost objectives.
Requirements
- University degree, such as a bachelor's degree, or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Ability to lead, coach, and develop team members.
- Accountability for achieving goals and operational standards.
- Strong communication, organization, planning, and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple competing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, plus strong collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders.
