Location: Matamoros, Tamaulipas, Mexico; onsite, full-time

What you will do
- Manage the labor and materials required to meet production and client requirements.
- Verify personnel training, operational tools, and work release procedures across production and repair areas.
- Schedule daily production activities and support production KPIs and dashboard objectives.
- Control area organization, inventory, flower stock, kanban, and material handling.
- Monitor production systems and tools, including Shvlabor, Genealogy, ESD, Glovia Allocation, calibration, and VKS.
- Support continuous improvement, ANDON usage, code-of-conduct compliance, and health, safety, and environmental objectives.
Requirements
- Completed schooling and at least two years of experience as a production leader or in processes.
- Minimum multifunctional category qualification.
- Knowledge of manual welding, mechanical assemblies, and handling materials and chemicals.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, the GLOVIA system, personnel management, conflict management, and leadership.
- Basic English required.
- Knowledge of current Environmental and Quality Management Systems, including ISO 14001 and ISO 9001.
