What you will do
- Ensure production targets, product quality, safety, and on-time delivery objectives are met.
- Monitor production data in the M3 system and review supervisor metrics.
- Follow up on quality rejections and develop corrective action plans.
- Coordinate shift changes, overtime requests, equipment failure reporting, and personnel requisitions.
- Manage employee attendance, performance evaluations, team discipline, and disciplinary notices.
- Conduct safety talks, review risk analyses, and participate in accident prevention and safety training activities.
Requirements
- Knowledge of injection molding machines.
- Personnel management and team leadership skills.
- Knowledge of 5S methodology.
- Ability to work full time onsite in Chihuahua, Mexico.
