What you will do
- Support projects and activities within the Process Engineering department.
- Perform time studies, develop line balancing, and analyze assembly line capacity.
- Collect and analyze process data to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Support process simulations, flow diagrams, documentation, testing, and validation of process modifications.
- Research equipment and tools and prepare technical reports.
- Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and quality teams while following up on continuous improvement suggestions.

- Ability to conduct process research, monitoring, testing, and technical analysis.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with operations, maintenance, and quality teams.
- Ability to follow quality, environmental, occupational health and safety, and other operational management systems.
