Manager Production

Location: Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico; full-time onsite

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day operations across all shifts of one or more manufacturing production lines.
• Oversee staffing, employee development, performance management, and motivation of operations staff and management teams.
• Ensure production schedules, performance requirements, safety standards, and resource utilization targets are met.
• Monitor operational performance and implement production safety, cost, and quality-control mechanisms.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory guidelines and promote a safe manufacturing environment.
• Coordinate communication across departments to support workflow, production targets, capacity planning, and operational continuity.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent experience desired.
• Extensive experience in manufacturing operations and manufacturing safety.
• Knowledge of quality management methods, tools, techniques, and quality assurance standards.
• Ability to analyze organizational problems, identify root causes, compare solutions, and create action plans.
• Working knowledge of planning, organizing, production scheduling, performance management, and manufacturing procedures.
• Ability to conduct safety inspections, assess hazards, initiate corrective actions, and ensure employee and contractor compliance with safety regulations.
