Sales & Business Operations Coordinator

Location: Salzburg, Austria

Salary: EUR 3,267 per month minimum for full-time employment; actual salary may be significantly higher depending on experience and qualifications.

What you will do

• Generate and qualify leads to build and sustain a healthy top-of-funnel pipeline.
• Conduct first-touch discovery calls using BANT criteria to assess budget, authority, need, and timeline.
• Own and administer the sales CRM, including pipeline tracking and reporting.
• Maintain monthly and quarterly pipeline reports and support accurate forecasting.
• Coordinate with Technical Project Managers and Product Managers on feature requests, product roadmaps, and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate RFP/RFI responses and prepare account briefings for client meetings.

Requirements

• Experience in sales support, business development, sales operations, or CRM administration.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM, including data entry, reporting, and pipeline tracking.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Clear communication skills with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Fluent English required.

Nice to have

• Experience in the telecommunications or technology sector.
• Interest in mobile communications, fraud prevention, or enterprise TelCo services.
• Knowledge of additional languages.
