What you will do

  • Drive pipeline development through partner-led opportunities and coordinate with Account Executives.
  • Develop and maintain joint business plans with shared goals, budgets, and strategies.
  • Build and expand relationships with strategic partners, including CXO-level stakeholders.
  • Track and measure partner contributions using KPIs like revenue, deal registration, and certifications.
  • Recruit, onboard, and engage new partners to integrate them into the hirify.global ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to create compelling partner success stories and enhance brand visibility.

Requirements

  • Fluent English and German required
  • Experience in a partner-facing sales role within the enterprise software industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Linux infrastructure, hybrid cloud, container management, and AI solutions.
  • Proficiency in enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC.
  • Ability to manage complex, high-value deals involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or Clari.

Nice to have

  • French language proficiency.
  • Industry certifications in sales or IT.
