Manufacturing Operator I (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Location: Livermore, California, United States; on-site night shift

Salary: $17.05–$22.37 per hour, plus a 15% night-shift differential

What you will do

• Execute probe card manufacturing processes, including assembly, testing, inspection, and troubleshooting.
• Set up, calibrate, and perform routine preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Monitor production and equipment data and make on-line adjustments to maintain process stability and quality.
• Support yield, throughput, and variation-reduction initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on tests, experiments, trials, and new product development.
• Share knowledge and assist with training and coaching peer technicians.

Requirements

• Less than one year of related experience; no formal occupational training is typically required.
• Experience or ability to work in cleanroom operations and follow process documentation and safety guidelines.
• Manual dexterity, microscope use, mathematics, statistics, computer literacy, and Microsoft Office skills.
• Technical problem-solving ability, communication skills, self-reliance, and capacity to work independently.
• Availability for Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Saturday from 6:00 p.m. to 6:15 a.m.
