Production Specialist (Test Operator) (Semiconductor)

Location: Lowell, Massachusetts, United States; fully onsite, Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM.

Salary: $17.00–$27.00 per hour, plus restricted stock units and quarterly bonus payments.

What you will do

• Set up and operate manual and automatic production test equipment according to product specifications.
• Record material usage, output, downtime, production results, and quality-control data.
• Monitor production areas and processes to maintain efficient, organized, clean, and safe operations.
• Troubleshoot production issues, minimize downtime, and perform equipment checks and preventive maintenance.
• Inspect products at different production stages and ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards.
• Support process-improvement initiatives and collaborate with supervisors and team leads to optimize workflows.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training is a plus.
• 1–3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of manufacturing quality-control processes and safety regulations.
• Ability to follow manufacturing travelers, work instructions, and technical specifications accurately.
• Basic computer skills for entering, logging, and monitoring production data, along with good manual dexterity and fine motor skills.
• Must provide proof of US citizenship, permanent US residency, or protected-individual status under U.S. export-control requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience in a semiconductor test environment.
• Experience manufacturing products under MIL-PRF-19500 and/or MIL-PRF-38534.
