Manufacturing Technician Night Shift 6 (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Location: On-site in Phoenix, Arizona, United States. Night Shift 6 runs from 6:00 PM to 6:18 AM on alternating 3-day and 4-day work weeks: Wednesday–Friday, then Wednesday–Saturday.

Salary: $60,450–$85,340 USD annual salary range for an hourly role.

What you will do

• Collect and evaluate operating data, make online equipment adjustments, and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality.
• Run production lots, perform equipment setup, calibration, and preventive maintenance, and manage spare parts.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues, resolve nonstandard production events, and monitor system health and reliability.
• Work with Module Engineering on experiments, equipment configuration changes, and data collection.
• Maintain training manuals and manage buddy, trainer, and certifier levels within the team.
• Participate in safety forums and Emergency Response Team activities.

Requirements

• Associate degree in a STEM field, or a high school diploma/GED combined with qualifying technical, manufacturing, military, or equipment-maintenance experience.
• At least 1 year of technical or trade certification, or at least 1.5 years of hands-on manufacturing or military technical experience.
• At least 1 year of equipment maintenance or closely related technical experience.
• Ability to lift 25-pound parts, climb ladders, and wear an air respirator when required by safety procedures.

Nice to have

• At least 6 months of experience troubleshooting, installing, repairing, or operating electronics or semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
• ERT training and certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field.
