Manufacturing Technician I (T1)

What you will do

• Build, repair, and test electrical, electro-mechanical, vacuum, and pneumatic assemblies, subassemblies, and components.
• Follow work orders, schematics, wiring diagrams, parts lists, procedures, and training instructions.
• Perform electro-mechanical assembly, troubleshooting, repairs, and process improvement under supervision.
• Audit parts availability, inspect components for defects, and use test fixtures, electronic measurement equipment, leak detectors, and vacuum pumps.
• Complete job documentation and data entry, and perform programming, repairs, or software installations when required.

Requirements

• High school or technical diploma, technical degree, certificate, or equivalent qualification.
• Basic analytical, scientific-method, or operational-process skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal standard operating procedures.
• Knowledge of basic hand tools.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom and perform physically demanding activities, including prolonged standing, bending, kneeling, climbing, lifting, and working in confined spaces.
• Ability to use required personal protective equipment and distinguish between colors.

Nice to have

• Up to one year of semiconductor, display, comparable industry, or military experience.
• Technical education, certifications, or relevant training.
• Experience with standard operating procedures, scientific methods, and quality guidelines.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering technology.
