Scheduling/Cost Analyst (Construction)

Location: Concord, California, United States; full-time role with regular local and interstate travel.

Salary: $80,000–$100,000 annual salary.

What you will do

• Assist the Project Manager and Superintendent with developing and updating master project schedules.
• Determine weekly labor production quantities and maintain project filing systems.
• Compile project data, charts, and graphs to support scheduling and productivity claims analysis.
• Analyze project documentation, contracts, and subcontracts.
• Prepare project and program reports, recovery projections, and settlement negotiation materials.
• Assist with system administration functions related to P6 EPPM.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering, construction management, or architecture, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in the construction industry is strongly preferred.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access.
• Experience using P6 software and knowledge of construction methods, management techniques, and cost accounting principles.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, including business writing and professional telephone communication.
• Ability to travel regularly, including locally and interstate.
