Commercial Analyst

Location: Hybrid, 3 days per week in the office, based in Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Raleigh, NC; Franklin, TN; or Lake Mary, FL.

Compensation: $50,242–$57,094 per year.

What you will do

• Administer commercial matters for assigned projects to minimize risk and maximize financial performance.
• Establish commercial strategies with the Commercial Manager and Project Manager.
• Identify, monitor, and resolve commercial risks and opportunities.
• Prepare and manage potential change orders, claims, and contractual correspondence.
• Prepare sub-consultant agreements and administer scope, liabilities, payments, and correspondence.
• Produce Operating Statements, liability analyses, change order logs, Cost to Complete reports, and supporting commercial records.

Requirements

• Up to 3 years of commercial management experience is desired.
• Knowledge of commercial, contract, and risk management.
• Strong data analysis and Microsoft Excel skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to resolve problems independently and work efficiently under pressure.
• Degree in construction, engineering, or a related discipline.
