Business Operations Analysis Senior Specialist

Location: On-site in Chino, California, United States. Relocation does not apply to this position.

Salary: $114,400–$171,600 annually.

What you will do

• Produce reporting and KPI dashboards for major programs and initiatives.
• Develop and track key metrics through automated processes.
• Maintain accurate project and program records covering costs, resources, schedules, and status.
• Deliver business intelligence and data analysis reports, including audit and high-visibility requests.
• Coordinate research and provide timely information for organizational decision-making.
• Improve department processes and maintain systems for work processes, records management, and communications.

Requirements

• Five or more years of experience in business operations analysis.
• Experience with business operations, financial performance reporting, or process improvement.
• Experience analyzing operational metrics, preparing financial reports, and presenting recommendations.
• Strong communication skills and experience partnering across teams.
• Intermediate experience with Excel, Ariba, SAP, or similar reporting tools.
• Knowledge of utility, energy, or regulated industry operations.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience with Power BI or similar dashboards.
