Senior Costing Analyst (Computer Hardware)

Location: Secaucus, New Jersey, United States; full-time onsite role

Salary: $66,375–$97,350 annually, plus potential annual bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Collect, manage, analyze, and optimize raw cost data to support business planning, operations, and customer programs.
• Define, develop, and maintain quotation, pricing, and project BOMs in collaboration with Business Planning, Hardware Engineering, Sales, Procurement, Customer Operations, and Logistics.
• Build analytical frameworks and automate the transformation of raw cost data into a reliable single source of truth.
• Investigate cost trends, data-quality gaps, and cost drivers, delivering recommendations through dashboards and reports.
• Support RFP/RFQ requirements, customer commitments, cost issue resolution, risk management, and timely cost recovery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, or a related field, with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power Pivot.
• At least 2 years of experience using Python to automate data retrieval, processing, and analysis of complex datasets.
• At least 2 years of experience creating dashboards and reports in Tableau.
• Experience with SAP, Syspro, Agile, RFP/RFQ processes, and cross-functional project coordination.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, adaptability, and process-improvement skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in computer hardware or server manufacturing.
