Schedule Analyst (Junior)

Location: On-site in Colorado Springs, Colorado, United States

Salary: $55,000–$85,000 per year, depending on education and experience.

What you will do

• Review Integrated Master Schedules and identify opportunities to condense or simplify schedule details.
• Support the creation of critical paths and summary views for presentations.
• Stress-test schedules and assess their robustness, risks, and confidence levels.
• Perform schedule risk assessments, actual-versus-baseline analysis, duration analysis, and progress evaluations.
• Evaluate contractor reports and contribute to schedule estimating, prediction analysis, and project forecasting.
• Interface daily with government personnel and prime contractors.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, engineering, business, the sciences, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience supporting projects or programs, preferably defense programs.
• 1–3 years of proficiency with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with program-level schedule analysis, schedule assessments, reports, and presentations.

Nice to have

• Department of Defense schedule management and acquisition scheduling experience.
• Experience with Milestones Professional or other schedule and analysis tools.
