Director Quality (Gas Power Generation)

Location: Remote/Traveling (for corporate use only); regular travel is required.

Salary: $178,151–$258,319 annual individual compensation, based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.

What you will do

• Develop, refine, implement, and continuously improve the quality program across the Gas Power Generation business unit.
• Align quality systems with company strategy, customer requirements, regulatory standards, and contractual obligations.
• Define and manage quality KPIs, identify negative trends, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive consistent quality program execution across preconstruction and construction projects in collaboration with Project Management.
• Establish root cause analysis processes for nonconformities and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
• Recruit, coach, develop, and manage the performance of Quality team members while addressing organizational talent gaps.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, quality management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 7 years of experience in construction and quality management, including at least 3 years of leadership experience.
• Experience in utility-scale natural gas power generation, heavy industrial, or EPC field execution.
• Deep knowledge of applicable industry codes and standards, including NESC, ASTM, ACI, IEEE, and OSHA.
• Ability to translate quality principles into practical field execution standards, synthesize complex data, and influence cross-functional peers without direct authority.
• Regular travel is required.
