Maintenance Shop Technician C (Diesel)

Location: Bend, Oregon, USA; onsite, full-time

Compensation: $5,000 sign-on bonus; competitive wages and benefits.

What you will do

• Perform preventive maintenance on diesel and non-diesel vehicles, trucks, and equipment.
• Inspect vehicle systems and identify potential equipment issues and malfunction sources using appropriate tools.
• Change oil, replenish fluids, adjust equipment, replace tires, and perform light repairs.
• Complete basic electrical work, including light changes.
• Follow standard operating procedures, troubleshoot common faults, and complete company training programs.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and troubleshoot common faults.
• Work onsite in Bend, Oregon, USA, on a regular shift.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Nice to have

• Completion of a certified diesel maintenance program.
• ASE T8 Preventive Maintenance Certification.
