Sr. Director, Project Management (Insurance)

Location: Addison, Texas or Montpelier, Vermont; hybrid schedule with office attendance four days per week on Monday through Thursday

Salary: $150,000–$220,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Design and evolve the enterprise delivery system as a value delivery engine.
• Align enterprise initiatives with strategy, prioritization principles, and measurable value outcomes.
• Develop adaptive planning and flow-management systems across business and technology functions.
• Establish decision frameworks and governance models that improve transparency and reduce decision latency.
• Influence executive leadership and build accountability, collaboration, and value-driven delivery practices.
• Lead, coach, and scale high-performing project management capabilities.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience leading enterprise delivery or transformation initiatives.
• At least 10 years of experience in the Life and Annuity industry, including knowledge of products, operations, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience leading, coaching, and scaling project management teams in complex enterprise environments.
• Expertise in enterprise prioritization, portfolio management, decision frameworks, and delivery-system optimization.
• Strong systems thinking, financial, strategic, operational, and executive influencing skills.
• PMP certification or equivalent experience required; an advanced degree is preferred.
