Project Manager IV (Mortgage/Salesforce)

Location: In office in Los Angeles, California; Phoenix, Arizona; or Jacksonville, Florida, US

Salary: $92,114–$156,880 per year, plus eligibility for bonus and/or commissions.

What you will do

• Plan, execute, and finalize bank projects according to scope, milestones, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Assemble project teams, assign responsibilities, plan capacity, identify resources, and develop schedules.
• Coordinate multiple concurrent projects across departments and divisions, including contractors and consultants.
• Gather requirements, define project objectives, analyze business needs, and recommend solutions.
• Monitor delivery, prepare status reports, adjust project plans, and manage risks related to cost, schedule, and quality.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships and ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of project management experience, including at least 7 years of project management or equivalent consulting experience.
• At least 5 years managing complex projects involving large teams.
• At least 5 years of mortgage experience.
• At least 3 years of experience with Salesforce-related projects.
• Strong knowledge of project methodologies, management tools, planning, resource management, and system/business project lifecycles.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• PMP certification.
• Experience delivering cost savings, revenue enhancements, and high-quality implementations within budget and schedule.
