Director, Project Management (AI)

Location: Remote nationwide within the United States; candidates must reside in and be authorized to work within the United States. Travel to client, temporary, or corporate office locations may be required.

Salary: $117,400–$176,100 per year

What you will do

• Lead teams responsible for project management operations, training, process governance, and project management systems.
• Advance PMO standards, methodologies, tools, templates, reporting, and documentation practices.
• Coach and develop leaders and team members while supporting organizational growth and succession planning.
• Partner with business and operational leaders to improve processes, efficiency, and enterprise project execution.
• Establish metrics and accountability measures for team performance, project outcomes, and organizational impact.
• Lead complex initiatives and support strategic objectives across departments in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, project management, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• At least five years of progressive PMO experience.
• Leadership experience managing teams, managers, or cross-functional project resources.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, governance structures, operational processes, and change management.
• Demonstrated success leading process improvement and organizational transformation initiatives.
• Must reside in and be authorized to work within the United States.

Nice to have

• Healthcare industry experience and PMP certification.
• Experience with Salesforce, Cloud Coach, PolicyTech, or similar platforms.
• Experience leading enterprise project portfolios and operational readiness initiatives.
• CRCR certification or willingness to obtain it after hire.
