Senior Project Controls Specialist (Scheduler)

Location: San Diego or Los Angeles, United States; onsite in the office with visits to field offices and project sites as needed

Base compensation: $108,000–$176,400 annually

What you will do

• Participate in logistical, delivery, and workforce planning with project personnel.
• Develop and maintain CPM schedules using Primavera P6.
• Review contractor baseline, update, and recovery schedules and provide feedback.
• Attend project progress and schedule meetings.
• Track contractor work progress against the schedule and maintain client and consultant relationships.
• Identify improvements to schedule procedures, templates, and deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related field.
• 8+ years of construction project scheduling experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
• Client-focused approach and ability to provide effective project solutions.
• Understanding of construction scheduling processes and familiarity with Primavera P6.
