Project Scheduler (Solar/EPC)

Location: Fully remote within the United States; listed as Remote - CA. Travel to regional jobsites is required.

Salary: $91,520–$114,400 annually

What you will do

• Develop and maintain integrated EPC schedules in Primavera P6 using realistic execution plans and CPM best practices.
• Analyze project documents, design drawings, contracts, specifications, and quantity take-offs to establish accurate activity durations.
• Coordinate schedule development and updates with engineering, procurement, project management, field management, owners, and third-party consultants.
• Update schedules at least twice monthly, monitor critical-path deviations, recommend corrective actions, and communicate schedule reports.
• Track project delays and weather impacts, including comparisons with NOAA normal-weather data.
• Prepare as-built schedules and perform schedule analysis for what-if scenarios, change orders, and claims; train field personnel on scheduling procedures.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering, construction management, or architecture, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 3 years of project engineering or related experience.
• Construction scheduling experience involving high voltage, substations, or other electrical features.
• Required experience with Primavera P6 and construction-related Critical Path Method scheduling.
• Ability to read and understand plans and specifications, with knowledge of construction methods and processes.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Prior scheduling experience in an EPC environment.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, including business writing and professional telephone communication.
