Salary: $150,000–$180,000 USD per year.

What you will do

• Build full-scope project schedules covering milestones, timelines, dependencies, and critical paths.
• Define project ownership through Work Breakdown Structure methodology and align schedules with execution, contracting, procurement, and project control plans.
• Manage integrated schedules, baselines, periodic updates, resource loading, and reviews at multiple levels of detail.
• Negotiate timelines and interdependencies with key partners and provide schedule progress analysis and reporting.
• Facilitate Interactive Planning and Pull Planning sessions, participate in risk workshops, and support the QRA process.
• Lead and mentor the scheduling team while developing best practices and ensuring high-quality client outcomes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of scheduling experience.
• Demonstrated quantitative risk assessment experience on life sciences or mission-critical projects.
• Experience with Primavera P6.
• Degree or comparable experience in project management, construction, or a related discipline.
• Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused approach.
• Availability to work onsite at the Vacaville project site 2–3 days per week is required.
