Per Diem LPN Wellness Nurse

Salary: $34–$35 per hour

What you will do

• Supervise care staff in accordance with state regulations and community policies.
• Monitor residents’ health, safety, and well-being in assisted living and/or memory care.
• Assist with training and monitoring medication administration.
• Maintain clinical quality assurance and compliance with federal, state, and local standards.
• Attend scheduled in-service training and promote high-quality resident service.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with a current LPN license.
• Experience with long-term care, assisted living, home health, or hospital settings; at least two years is preferred.
• Experience caring for residents with Alzheimer’s disease or related dementias.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and apply nursing practices, techniques, and methods.
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, Windows, Outlook, and Excel.
• Ability to perform physical duties, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting or supporting residents weighing up to 50 pounds.
