Location: North Wales, Pennsylvania, USA; part-time every other weekend, 3:00–11:00 PM

What you will do

• Administer and supervise prescribed medications and treatments in the Memory Care department according to MAR, TAR, and applicable regulations.
• Receive, verify, store, order, and reconcile medications, including narcotics and discontinued or expired medicines.
• Provide personal care such as bathing, skin care, grooming, dressing, incontinence care, and assistance with eating.
• Provide general nursing care, including taking vital signs, temperatures, blood pressure, and weights.
• Document resident information, prepare medical charts for admissions and readmissions, and report concerns to supervisors.
• Maintain, clean, and restock medication carts and participate in staff training and in-services.

Requirements

• Current Medication Technician certification required according to Pennsylvania state regulations.
• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent education and experience; at least one month of experience required.
• Senior living experience preferred.
• Acceptable English proficiency required for job duties, workplace communication, and emergency situations.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, time management, and teamwork skills, with a passion for helping seniors.
