RN/LPN - PT - Night Shift - Skilled Nursing

Salary: $36–$42 per hour

What you will do

• Supervise and administer medications in compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Complete admissions, assessments, discharges, and required clinical documentation.
• Develop acute and long-term care plans or service plans for residents.
• Track clinical matters such as wounds and infection control under the direction of the Director of Nursing.
• Respond to emergencies and notify physicians or family members about changes in residents’ health.
• Provide health-related consultation and educational meetings for residents and staff.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in nursing or equivalent education and experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in a skilled, sub-acute, or memory care setting.
• Current Registered Nurse license with no judgments against it in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• Fluent English communication skills are required for speaking, reading, writing, and working with residents, staff, supervisors, and third parties.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to work safely and effectively as part of a team.
