Wellness Nurse (LPN - Full Time 3pm-11pm)

Location: 311 NJ-73, Voorhees Township, New Jersey 08043, USA; scheduled community-based work from 3:00pm to 11:00pm.

Salary: USD 34–35 per hour; $2,500 sign-on bonus paid in two installments after 90 and 180 days.

What you will do

• Provide personal care, assistance, support, and companionship to residents.
• Administer or assist with medications according to each resident’s care plan.
• Check resident well-being, identify changes in condition, and communicate updates to the care team.
• Collaborate with the Wellness Director and Assistant Wellness Director on resident assessments and documentation.
• Support residents with Alzheimer’s disease and other related dementias.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited or state-approved school of nursing.
• Current state license as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse.
• No prior experience is required; new graduates and experienced nurses are welcome.
• Knowledge of nursing practices, techniques, methods, and applicable federal and state regulations.
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, Windows, Outlook, and Excel.
• Ability to perform physical duties including standing, walking, lifting, and supporting residents weighing up to 50 pounds.

Nice to have

• At least two years of experience in long-term care, assisted living, home health, or a hospital setting.
• Experience caring for residents with Alzheimer’s disease or related dementias.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks.
