Wellness Nurse (LPN) Part-Time (Senior Living)

Location: Shrewsbury, New Jersey, United States; onsite

What you will do

• Provide direct nursing care and holistic wellness support to residents.
• Monitor residents’ health, safety, and well-being.
• Conduct thorough resident assessments.
• Assist with training and monitoring medication administration.
• Supervise care staff and Certified Nursing Assistants in line with regulations and community policies.
• Maintain clinical quality assurance and promote high standards of resident service.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and a current LPN license.
• Experience with residents who have Alzheimer’s disease or related dementias.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations and nursing practices.
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, Windows, Outlook, and Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and perform required physical activities, including lifting or carrying up to 50 pounds and supporting residents.

Nice to have

• At least two years of experience in long-term care, assisted living, home health, or a hospital setting.
