Certified Medication Aide -Per Diem

Salary: $24.00–$25.00 per hour

What you will do

• Administer or assist with self-administration of prescribed medications under RN or LPN supervision.
• Provide resident care according to individual care plans.
• Maintain accurate medical records and written documentation.
• Observe and report changes in residents' physical condition, cognition, or emotional status.
• Protect residents' comfort, privacy, and dignity while delivering services.

Requirements

• Successful completion of Medication Technician training and periodic competency testing.
• Ability to administer medications in accordance with state regulations.
• At least six months of experience working with seniors in personal care, home health, hospital, or long-term care.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills and knowledge of HIPAA policies.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays and lift or carry up to 50 pounds.
