What you will do

• Contact customers, identify their needs, and follow the dealership's sales process.
• Respond to internet leads within the required timeframe and provide product information and pricing by email.
• Answer sales calls, set and confirm appointments, and build long-term customer relationships and referral networks.
• Conduct test drives and vehicle walk-arounds, close deals, and manage the complete customer sales journey.
• Work toward store goals and achieve a 12–15% closing ratio on internet leads.

Requirements

• Prior automotive sales experience is required.
• Prior sales, call center, or BDC experience is required.
• Strong customer service, communication, computer, and phone skills.
• Experience with E-Leads, reports, internet tools, Microsoft Outlook, and CRM systems.
• Ability to create and maintain customer relationships, work as part of a team, and maintain professional business attire and appearance.
