Senior Manager SAP Information Systems Integration (SAP)

Location: Fairhaven, Massachusetts, United States of America; full-time onsite role with travel of up to one week per month or as needed.

Pay range: $157,139.00–$200,318.00 per year.

What you will do

• Lead the Integration Systems team and define scalable, sustainable enterprise integration strategies.
• Architect and oversee integrations across SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, third-party systems, and other enterprise platforms.
• Ensure efficient and secure data flows across the global business ecosystem.
• Manage platform architecture, operations, support, and end-to-end solution delivery.
• Drive IT governance, risk management, business case development, and evaluation of emerging technologies.
• Mentor team members, manage performance, and coordinate global vendor partnerships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of enterprise technology experience focused on integration platforms and SAP architecture.
• 7+ years of leadership experience, including mentoring and performance management.
• 7+ years managing enterprise-scale technology platforms and 5+ years managing integration platforms such as API management and middleware.
• Advanced SAP integration experience with S/4HANA, BTP, and third-party systems.
• Experience with WebMethods, MuleSoft, Boomi, SnapLogic, BizTalk, Adeptia, or Jitterbit, plus strong stakeholder, service delivery, and project management skills.
