SAP FSM Solution Architect (SAP)

Location: Must be based in the U.S. (Up to 100% travel involved)

Salary: $160,377 - $229,337

What you will do

• Lead and design solutions for implementing SAP Field Service Management (FSM).
• Develop overall technical architecture and direct technical teams during the delivery process.
• Translate client business needs and functional requirements into application architecture and technical design documents.
• Configure FSM sub-modules including Resource Planner, Technician Skills Management, and Smartform settings.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for SAP FSM platform troubleshooting and the definition of best practices.
• Collaborate closely with clients to develop and deploy complex SAP FSM strategies.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 7+ years of SAP implementation and/or support experience.
• At least 2 years of hands-on full lifecycle SAP FSM implementations, including 1 year as an Architect.
• Proficiency in SAP FSM solution (web and mobile apps) and the FSM configuration console.
• Knowledge of SAP CPI, REST/API services, and S/4HANA & SAP ECC integrations.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP Order to Cash (OTC), Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Procure to Pay (PTP), and Service to Cash (STC).
