Manager, Enterprise Integrations (SAP)

Location: Oak Brook, Illinois, United States; hybrid work

Salary: $102,600–$193,425 per year, plus benefits, 401(k) contribution, and eligibility for a short-term incentive plan.

What you will do

• Define and implement the enterprise integration strategy across SAP, Salesforce, data warehouse, cloud, on-premise, and third-party systems.
• Lead and mentor the integrations team as a hands-on technical manager, prioritizing work and guiding platform decisions.
• Design scalable integration patterns, APIs, data flows, workflows, and reusable transformation components.
• Establish integration governance, data standards, documentation, error handling, logging, and monitoring practices.
• Manage the full SDLC, including requirements, development, testing, deployment, CI/CD, change management, and post-production support.
• Resolve complex cross-system issues and partner with IT, security, operations, data owners, business stakeholders, and external partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of integration design and development experience, preferably across Salesforce, ERP, and API-based ecosystems.
• At least 7 years of IT experience using integration platforms and at least 3 years managing an integrations team in a global organization.
• Experience with SAP Integration Suite or similar iPaaS platforms, including orchestration, error handling, and deployment pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of API-led connectivity, event-driven architecture, middleware, data orchestration, cloud-native architectures, and hybrid integration models.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs and manage reliable development, testing, and production environments.
