DFH & Specialties Project Executive

What you will do

• Manage the operations and administration of assigned construction projects with accountability for bottom-line profit.
• Review estimates, budgets, schedules, contract terms, subcontracts, and major material purchase orders.
• Lead project turnover, planning, mobilization, staffing, job setup, and scheduling activities.
• Supervise, recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate construction personnel and project teams.
• Maintain cost control, cash flow, progress payments, reporting, safety, quality, and project closeout standards.
• Maintain client relationships and support business development, proposals, and presentations.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering, construction management, or architecture, or equivalent experience.
• 10 years of field construction management experience, including supervisory experience.
• Leadership, problem-solving, organizational, communication, drafting, and computer skills.
• Fundamental knowledge of contract law and project accounting.
• Thorough understanding of project management control systems, including scheduling, cost control, procurement, and estimating.
