What you will do

• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support across hardware, operating systems, applications, and critical business systems.
• Monitor, maintain, upgrade, and troubleshoot systems to ensure performance, reliability, and availability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to design scalable and redundant infrastructure.
• Lead software and operating system installations in test and production environments.
• Support disaster recovery planning and business continuity initiatives.
• Assess new applications and contribute to a resilient, high-performing IT ecosystem.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, or equivalent experience.
• At least five years of technical support experience for mission-critical applications.
• Strong project management, service orientation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a 24x7 computing environment.
