Location: Carlsbad, California, United States of America; full-time onsite

Salary: $76,180–$99,320 per year

What you will do

• Provide hands-on technical support for mission-critical desktop, server, and network environments.
• Maintain corporate technology standards and coordinate infrastructure projects with Technology Services teams, business partners, and vendors.
• Install, upgrade, patch, and maintain hardware and software systems.
• Support system backup, security, monitoring, compliance, and business continuity initiatives.
• Help implement high-availability solutions and manage change-control activities.
• Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation to support a continuously operating computing environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in a technical support role supporting mission-critical systems.
• Experience with desktop, server, and enterprise infrastructure environments.
• Project management, analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with vendors, business partners, and cross-functional technology teams.
• Willingness to participate in the 24x7 on-call support rotation.
