Salary: $134,788–$171,585 per year

What you will do

• Lead the Global Systems Administration team and oversee reliable enterprise infrastructure and applications.
• Ensure 24x7 availability and operational performance across global environments.
• Drive technology solutions across cloud and on-premises platforms in alignment with business goals.
• Establish best practices for governance, security, compliance, monitoring, and backup.
• Develop the team, manage vendors, and improve operational processes and service delivery.
• Support scalable and cost-effective IT operations while managing competing priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
• 10+ years of IT experience, including management of global 24x7 environments.
• Expertise in Microsoft O365, Active Directory, Azure, SaaS, and IaaS.
• Strong experience with system monitoring, security, and backup technologies.
• Experience creating and enforcing IT policies, standards, and governance frameworks.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and business translation skills; willingness and ability to travel as needed.
