System Operations Manager

Salary: $97,000–$181,000 per year

What you will do

• Oversee system operations activities and maintain the System Operations Plan.
• Develop operational policies, standards, best practices, service level agreements, and operational budgets.
• Coordinate operations across multiple teams, environments, and large-scale projects.
• Establish incident management, problem management, risk management, and capacity planning processes.
• Lead operational reviews, assessments, readiness activities, and new system deployments.
• Analyze performance metrics, improve efficiency and reliability, and represent operations in cross-functional leadership forums.

Requirements

• Secret security clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree and 0–3 years of experience for Junior, 4–7 years for Journeyman, or 8+ years for Senior roles.
• Relevant security certification based on level, including CND, GFACT, GSEC, Security+, SecurityX/CASP+, CCNP Security, CISA, FITSP-O, GICSP, or SSCP.
• Professional proficiency in English and demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
• Ability to work in an office environment, remain at a computer for extended periods, and travel occasionally up to 10%.
