Industrial Nurse - Occupational Health (2nd Shift)

Location: Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, United States; onsite at the Mercury Marine Fond du Lac Campus. Full-time second-shift schedule of 3–4 days per week, 10–12 hours per day; overtime may be required. No weekends or holidays.

Salary: $62,800–$90,500 annually, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Provide emergency care, assessment, and treatment for work-related injuries and illnesses under Mercury Marine medical directives.
• Document medical encounters, maintain electronic records, and follow case management and confidentiality requirements.
• Report incidents and communicate with leadership to support investigations.
• Facilitate drug and alcohol testing and conduct screenings for powered industrial vehicle operators.
• Provide respirator PPE guidance and assist with AED, CPR, and bloodborne pathogens training.
• Inspect emergency response equipment, conduct plant follow-ups, and coordinate safe returns to work with medical providers.

Requirements

• Active Wisconsin nursing license as an L.P.N. and/or R.N. is required.
• CPR/AED certification for healthcare professionals.
• Interpersonal, communication, teamwork, attention-to-detail, and flexibility skills.
• Computer skills for medical record management and filing.
• Ability to work overtime to ensure coverage for adjoining shifts.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing health office and use required PPE, including safety shoes, safety glasses, and hearing protection.

Nice to have

• Occupational medicine or a related background.
• At least five years of experience in a medical setting, preferably emergency medicine or a medical clinic.
