Occupational Nurse

Location: Onsite at the Richland, Mississippi facility, United States

What you will do

• Treat employees with minor on-site injuries and refer them to external medical facilities when needed.
• Support case management for injured workers and facilitate their return to work.
• Participate in ergonomics assessments and job hazard analyses.
• Manage workplace health risks and support employee wellness initiatives.
• Collaborate with safety leadership to identify hazards and prevent injuries.
• Maintain OSHA 300 logs and prepare injury and illness metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related field.
• Valid RN license in Mississippi required.
• At least five years of experience in occupational health or a related field.
• Active CPR/AED certification from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association.
• Knowledge of OSHA compliance, ergonomics, and health promotion.
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, plus strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
