Production Test Technician 2 (Semiconductor Testing)

Location: Beaverton, Oregon; onsite night shift. Regular hours are Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Saturday from 5:00pm to 5:30am.

Salary: $18.80–$24.68 per hour, plus a 15% night-shift differential.

What you will do

• Perform high-frequency response testing for probe test products, including core and custom PCB designs.
• Conduct RF profiling through inductance measurement, frequency response analysis, reflectance testing, and length matching.
• Integrate and validate electronic components and operate specialized test and measurement equipment.
• Improve throughput, yield, test efficiency, and production prioritization based on product runs and due dates.
• Monitor quality metrics, investigate recurring defects, and analyze Statistical Process Control data.
• Serve as a subject matter expert, trainer, and mentor for other technicians.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of related technician or operative experience with complex machinery or processes.
• Experience with manufacturing test, product testing, production troubleshooting, test specifications, and testing techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret Bills of Material, schematics, assembly documentation, and detailed work instructions.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations, including tolerance stack-up summations.
• Ability to work continuously in a cleanroom with chemicals while wearing protective clothing.
• Ability to work at a microscope for up to 80% of a shift, complete written and computer-based documentation, and lift or move materials within the stated limits.
