Production Specialist (Semiconductors)

Location: Lawrence, Massachusetts, United States; onsite wafer fabrication cleanroom environment

Hourly pay: $17.00–$27.00 USD

What you will do

• Operate standard wafer fabrication equipment across multiple production operations.
• Perform manual and computerized data entry for process travelers, SPC charts, logbooks, lot tracking, and equipment tracking.
• Learn and follow wafer fabrication process flows, written specifications, and work instructions.
• Anticipate product problems and support daily production objectives while minimizing lost work hours.
• Work with employees across departments to increase output, reduce waste, standardize instructions, and improve communication.
• Coordinate with engineering to update technical documents and process specifications while following OSHA and site safety protocols.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED and age 18 or older.
• Basic computer, math, reading comprehension, and detailed-specification-following skills.
• Strong attention to detail, multitasking, listening, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team under general supervision.
• Ability to adapt to frequent changes and improvements, maintain regular attendance, and wear required protective equipment.
• Must provide proof of US citizenship, permanent US residency, or protected-individual status under 8 USC 1324b(a)(3) due to US export-control requirements.
